VETOMAST - Intramammary Tube
Treatment of Mastitis & Fibrosis

INDICATIONS:
Vetomast Intramammary tube is a broad spectrum bactericidal activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria that is indicated in the treatment of mastitis and fibrosis caused by the major pathogens streptococci, staphylococci, corynebacterium and e-coli.

Calcium Fluoride         D30     250mg
Iron phosphate           D30     250mg

MODE OF ACTION:

Calcium Fluoride: Hard knots in teats, infection of teats, inflammation of the teats.

Iron Phosphate: Anti inflammatory, remedy for first stage of all febrile disturbances and inflammations before exudation.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
As soon as the first sign appears of any deterioration in the milk or inflammation of the udder, inject the contents of one syringe into the teat canal of the infected quarter every 12 hours, until recovery is completed. Before infusion, the teat should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. In severe case of fibrosis, the Vetomast intramammary tube may be used for 5 to 7 days.

TOXICITY & SIDE EFFECTS:
VETOMAST tube is completely non toxic. The milk from un-affected quarters may be used throughout treatment. Moreover there is no holding time for the milk from affected quarter.

COMPLEMENTRAY MEDICINE:

Demasta injection: For Clinical & Sub-clinical Mastitis

Bactronil-S injection: Anti Inflammatory & Anti Bacteria, as supportive therapy in mastitis and metritis.
